Words That Move
People Toward
the Work.
Lulu Eye Love is a speaker, educator, and facilitator whose teaching moves between the personal and the institutional with equal authority. She does not deliver keynotes designed to inspire and be forgotten. She delivers the kind of teaching that changes what someone does when they leave the room.

WHAT SHE SPEAKS ON

Types of Engagements
Keynote Speaking
Single-session keynote addresses for conferences, summits, institutional events, and organizational gatherings. Delivered with the depth and specificity of someone who has lived the work not simply studied it.
Co-Hosting
Lulu is available to co-host events, panels, and programming alongside organizations, institutions, and fellow educators. She brings the internal development perspective into collaborative formats without diluting her voice or the integrity of the work.
Community Outreach
HLCU is committed to showing up in communities that are rarely prioritized by traditional speaking circuits, reentry programs, rehabilitation facilities, youth organizations, faith communities, and under-served school populations. Community outreach engagements are available, and inquiries are welcome.
Workshops and Intensive Sessions
Half-day and full-day working sessions that go beyond inspiration into application.
Corporate and Professional Development
Speaking and facilitation for professional teams and leadership cohorts.
Educational Institutions
Assemblies, development days, and training sessions for schools and universities.
Panels & Thought Leadership
Lulu brings a distinctive voice to panel conversations on self-mastery and change.
The Gathering
HLCU's own live teaching event, coming to cities nationwide. The Gathering is where Lulu speaks on her own terms, to her own community, in a room designed specifically for the activations.

What to Expect
Every speaking engagement with HLCU is approached with the same standard, preparation, precision, and genuine investment in the outcomes of the people in the room.
Lulu does not deliver a generic talk adapted for your audience. She engages with the specific context, population, and purpose of your event so that what she brings is built for your room — not borrowed from the last one.

Booking
Speaking engagements are booked in limited numbers to ensure each event receives the preparation and presence it deserves. To inquire about availability, fees, and engagement details, submit the form below. Include the type of event, the audience, the date or date range, and any specific outcomes you are working toward.
Built For Your Needs
The Plan
01Â Come With a Purpose
02 Respect the Work
03 Adequate Lead Time
04 Arrive Ready to Receive
Every engagement is designed around a specific outcome for a specific audience. Before submitting your inquiry know who will be in the room, what you need them to walk away with, and why this work is the right fit for that moment. Vague requests receive delayed responses.
HLCU speaking engagements are not motivational performances. They are teaching experiences that require preparation, context, and genuine investment from the host organization. Be prepared to share the details of your event, your audience, and your goals so the engagement can be built to serve them properly.
Engagements are booked on a limited basis to ensure each one receives the preparation it deserves. Submit your inquiry a minimum of six to eight weeks before your event date. Last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.
The work delivered in every HLCU engagement is only as effective as the openness of the room receiving it. Prepare your people to be challenged, to sit with discomfort, and to leave with more than expected. This is not entertainment. It is an encounter with the work.
